My name is Phil Maceno, your host of #pHiLsHaLLoWeEnBaSh. I threw my first substantial Halloween Party in 1999.  Substantial then meant about 25-30 people and a few decorations in the basement of my home.  Each year the party grew by the dozens, eventually forcing me to begin the daunting task of finding a new “home” for the event.  Eventually, after moving to Collingswood, it became known as pHiLsHaLLoWeEnBaSh and landed at the party room of The Pop Shop.  They were great hosts, but after three years there was just one problem: the party grew too large for capacity limits.  What would I do?!  I didn’t want the BaSh to move out of this great town!  Was this the end?!  Fortunately, NO!
